Mdern hotel in excellent Brighton location

Communication ahead of the stay was excellent, check in very easy and the location in central Brighton could not be better. The room was chic, clean and spacious. The only drawback was the Friday night party noise from the road below.

Lovely Stay

Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower and bathroom. Only negative would be the room was very warm, even with the AC on, could benefit from either being able to set room temperature below 19 degrees on the AC controls or providing a fan in the room. Regardless of this would definitely book again, great value for money!

We have stayed here many times. The hotel is clean and pleasant, and we recommend it wholeheartedly. It is in the centre of town, and has an underground car park, which is very useful as parking is do difficult in Brighton.

This was a very convenient location in the middle of Brighton and we found a good parking place close to it. The room was modern and a good size with a lovely en-suite and quite comfortable apart from odd pillows that were difficult to sleep on. The air conditioning (once discovered after the first very hot night) was noisy and the bathroom extractor was on all the time so sleeping was difficult. The hotel itself was very quiet. Only being able to get information by the app was hard and although there was a quick response when we couldn’t get the tv to respond some actual written information and instructions would have avoided the stress after a long journey. Knowing for example that there were no USB ports for charging phones would have avoided having to go round the shops looking for a plug the next day. The housekeeper was very helpful when we were struggling with the air conditioning and turned up promptly the next morning. All in all a good hotel.
