"As part of our little getaway in Spain, we chose this hotel to celebrate our 18th anniversary — a place I had always dreamed of staying. And it truly lived up to the dream. From the moment we stepped in, everything felt exceptional. The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained and smells divine the second you walk through the doors. Our room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom immaculate — every little detail was taken care of, and we felt so well looked after. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff — from the gentleman who greeted us at the door, to the warm and helpful reception team, to everyone in the breakfast room — every single person was kind, attentive and genuinely lovely. The rooftop on the 6th floor took our breath away. The views of the city were just wow — the kind of view you want to pause and soak in for as long as you can. To our surprise, we were welcomed into our room with a beautiful gift of fresh fruit, chocolates and champagne. Such a thoughtful and generous gesture. They had no idea how meaningful this trip was for us, but they made it unforgettable. This hotel is a real 5-star experience — not just in its facilities, but in its heart. We are beyond grateful to have spent such a special moment here. Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable. 💛"

"Arriving into Hotel Ronda we were greeted by a lovely member of staff. All staff around the hotel we found very nice. Our room was clean and tidy, breakfast in the morning delicious, plenty of options for everyones taste. "

"The hostel was actually very nice. I do want to give a shout out to both Marta and Alex. Marta was outstanding. She was probably the best customer service person I have ran across in a very long time. Alex is just as awesome. There were a few issues though I had asked twice to have the Lock on the bathroom door fixed, and I was totally ignored. So that was a problem. The other issue was the Internet. I could not get it to work the entire time I was there. One of the other reception person tried to blame it on the iPhone, which was nonsense. So unfortunately, I did not have Internet the entire time I was there. The last issue is that I could hear everything from my neighbor when they were talking, bathroom, laughing. It was disgusting. There was no privacy whatsoever. I heard every word they said from there room that’s how thin those walls were."

"It was our last three nights in Spain, and Aparthotel couldn't have been a better way to end our vacation. It was clean, with a perfect location for sightseeing. We love to walk, so we explored everywhere, including the ocean, Sagrada Família, and Park Güell. It was clean and very comfortable. The cozy entrance with a sitting garden was great for relaxing after a long day. Grocery store.s and shopping nearby. The goodbye chocolates were the perfect touch! Highly recommend this hotel."
