On the first floor of this beautiful apartment, you will find the living room and the adjoining kitchen. The living-dining room is fully furnished in a modern style, has a TV and a double sofa bed for two more guests. It is the perfect place to relax after a long day touring the city with friends or working.

On the other hand, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you may need to prepare your favorite dishes: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, and stove. In addition, this apartment near the center also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and parking spaces available on request.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
