My husband and I had an overnight flight and took the Metro to the hotel , we are aware that our check in is not until 3pm, we arrived at the Hotel around 10am, we were going to leave our luggage and get something to eat somewhere, the front receptionist (male) was kind enough if there’s any room available, luckily there was and checked us in right away, what a pleasant experience since we were exhausted from the trip. Thank you for your help and kindness 💕💕

Location was decent, walkable to Sagrada Familia, but a little far from other famous attractions. At checkin I was charged extra local taxes which was a surprise to me, as I was given to understand that Expedia price was all inclusive. The bathroom had a bathtub instead of a walk-in shower, I prefer the walk-in type but it’s a minor inconvenience. Staff was friendly and facilities clean.

Buffet breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a pool and sitting area on the 8th floor while the bar was not open it was nice to sit up there and have a good view of the city. Room was clean and comfortable.
