"Reception is at a different location that apartment. Tv wasn’t working due to broken cable. Apartment smelled old. Bathroom sync was slow to drain and smelled. Lots of flying bugs even though windows were closed. One light in bathroom was burned creating a darker bathroom because of dark brown shower tiles. "Fantastic customer service! The Sonder chat in the app made things so easy to communicate for calling taxi's, needing an umbrella, directions, and assistance when i lost my phone on the street!! Plaza del Sol is very cool, but definitely adds a day/night noise factor to the stay due to the bar and folks hanging out but the balcony room is awesome. Ear plugs are provided on bedstand just in case you are a light sleeper. Room and linens are nice, facility overall is clean. The hallway to rooms has a motion sensored light, so it was interesting when the elevator doors opened up to a dark hall, but lights quickly turned on! Overall would stay here again, or any Sonder hotel, this is the 3rd location I have stayed with Sonder, and have enjoyed each stay very much! "
