The bed was extremely comfortable with a pillow top. A reverse cycle aircon unit heated the room quickly. The kitchenette and bathroom were both well maintained and spotless. The room size was large and very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and professional. Check-in using Expedia was quick and no issues. I was on the ground floor with the single space carpark in front of the ground floor units. Checkout time was a little noisy with everyone leaving, but that is to be expected and only a minor thing. An overall great experience.

This Guest had parked a large vehicle (Towing a Caravan) blocking our driveway, no one could get in or out. She was asked nicely if they could move it. She displayed aggressive behaviour. Being extremely rude to Staff and the Owner.This is why she left a bad review. Very unfair!!!!

We had no confirmation of the booking and therefore did not know the Mae if the motel. We were phoned at 7.45pm and Simon very rudely told us we were not able to come to the accommodation after 7.00pm and that we had to forfeit the accommodation. This property was in excellent condition, very clean, great water pressure, very comfortable mattress. The only negative was that the pillows were too soft and flimsy, maybe a medium pillow would be better. Overall a really lovely stay.

We had a small room on the first floor. Had to go up a 25 tred stairs with a bad knee. No other room available. Upstairs a little step up nearly invisible which made me trip over. Tap in badroom had no stream but sprayed water all over including the mirror. Mattress was old and worn down. When we asked for a second set of towels they said they didnt give more then one set. It was really overpriced for what we got. Unfortunately

We do not have 25 stairs anywhere you must be confused.If you require Special Requests such as a ground floor unit, which you did not!!!! they must be requested prior to arrival, not on a Saturday evening when the Motel is 100% occupied. We provide 1 set of linen per room per night which is standard. I have forwarded your maintenance concerns to the appropriate person.

Very quiet considering it is on a main road. Easy walk or bike to the Aquatic Centre and Shopping. Good CCTV coverage on premises. Friendly staff.

Nice room with comfortable bed and cold air-conditioning. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The only downside was the room wasn't as clean as it could have been. I'd stay there again though.

On check in we discovered our room hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests, (bed unmade, rubbish everywhere). We left and gave them time to sort it. However, cleanliness is not a high priority, dishes/utensils I cleaned in the cupboard, rubbish behind the bedside tables. Bedsides not wiped over (still sticky with cup marks). No hairdryer provided in the room, nor offered when asked. Kitchenette cleaning supplies were old and minimal, no dish drainer, one dish liquid sachets for three days, it’s no wonder guests don’t assist in maintaining clean dishes. No pictures on the walls, even though there are hooks, so a basic white room. Sadly bedside lights had been updated yet the wall not painted. What could be a cute stay was not. The online photos were not a true comparison of the property.

This Guest arrived early so that is why room was not ready. Cleanliness IS a high priority for us. As everyone can see from our very high rating scores.We don't provide Hairdryers.

Good for a 2-night stay. fold out sofa bed was only a single - for an adult it was a bit little. Advertised as a twin room but with only a queen bed and the fold out. A bit confusing.

We found ourselves in a pickle with a broken down car too far from home, whilst we were being towed we managed to book in last minute and we're stoked with the service! The kind lady was very friendly, helpful and brightened our day by welcoming us to stay and going above and beyond to ease our stresses. Thank you kindly, I highly recommend the motel to anyone

First property since arriving in Qld. That the floor had been cleaned including shower and the bed linen entirely was clean not jut the sheets. The carpet and rest of room also spotless, light and airy.
