We enjoyed our time at Meriton Broadbeach. While our suite could have been a bit cleaner, particularly in terms of vacuuming, the staff, especially Oliver during check-in, were friendly and accommodating. Throughout our stay, requests for additional amenities were promptly met. The location is excellent, with convenient access to Pacific Fair, dining options in Broadbeach, the tram station, etc. If we visit Gold Coast again, we would certainly choose to stay here once more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Meriton Suites. It was in a fantastic location, with so many restaurants nearby to choose from. It was close to Pacific Fair, the beach and many other great spots. The staff were friendly and our room was fantastic. Our only issue was with the pool. It had a horrible green slime floating in the corner for several days whilst we were there. Staff didn’t seem too concerned about it but it resembled vomit. Also the chairs around the pool were horrible - hard, uncomfortable and had no ability to change how high you were laying like a normal lounger would. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would happily stay again!

The property was not at all clear. We have to request three day regularly out of our stay of six days to clean the room as there were web all over the balcony. Dust on the window panel, bedsides, aunts in the wardrobe and on bed despite they claimed that it was clean. Property manager got confirmed twice before I took pictures and showed that it is still not clean.

Spacious one bedroom in the heart of Broad beach.
I stayed in a relatively new spacious one bedroom apartment. Pretty much everything needed for the short-term stay was equipped. I will definitely repeat on a next occasion.

A suite here is in the premium price range for accommodation at the coast however, it fails to deliver a premium experience. On arrival the suite had no toilet paper, the bathroom had had a quick clean. the tissue box had old soiled tissues stuffed in it. The shower recess had large very mature mold growing in it and the shower head was not secured to the wall properly.

our first room had had mould in the bathroom/shower, and the floor was wet outside the bathroom door.... we moved to another room which was fine. We rang and asked for a clothes dryer, after 2 hours it was not delivered. we rang again and they said it would be up shortly. 45 minutes later it was still not delivered - I went down to reception and asked what was happening - they said it was simply forgotten.... it was eventually delivered by the person on reception 10 minutes later. on the second day their con failed in the middle of the afternoon (35 degree day).
