The property was great and the location was good and easy to access Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, with a young family there was a walk to restaurants and cafes. I thought overall the Apartment didn't "feel" like a Sub Penthouse! Its not great value for $$ even for the peak period we travelled.

Very expensive and no wifi! Shower screen in ensuite broken at bottom of door and leaked water all over floor. Leak in cistern in central toilet. Mould in central bathroom. Exhaust fans in both bathrooms do not work. Handle broken on frying pan. Not correct pans for cooktop - very slow cooking. Very disappointed considering the price. The lounge chairs and chairs on balcony very uncomfortable. The view however was good.

The main bathroom had water come up through the drain and the showers doors in both bathrooms didn’t close properly. Also a toaster would be nice :)

The penthouse was a great size & had great views. We were disappointed as out 1st night there we were unable to use the balcony due to the doors nearly falling off. That was fixed and then we noticed the shower in the main bathroom wasnt sealed so water was just running out of the bathroom and onto the carpet in the hallway. Although I reported it and was advised someone would come and look after 5 days of 6 people using the shower multiple times of day, the carpet was drenched. Sadly we could see this has been an issue for some time and there is a general feel of low maintenance and lack of cleaning. There are not enough cups, glasses and cutlery to be used by the number of people who can sleep in the penthouse. We were woken up at 7am each day due to works going on in the penthouse next door which was very disappointing. This would be even more awesome if it was given the love it deserved.
