"This was my fourth time staying at this hotel. I enjoy the decor, the convenience, the onsite restaurants, and the room size. This time I was not so happy. We had a room on the top floor (2215). Light flooded in the bathroom window and into the bedroom. The heat system sounded like a freight train. The bathroom has a frosted glass door which is not private enough. The king size bed was comfortable but the pillows were too large and marshmallow-like. The staff at the main desk weren’t happy or welcoming. After 3 previously satisfying stays, this one was good but not great enough to stay again. Something has changed. Management?"

"The lobby was classy. The carpet throughout was dirty. The room was falling apart. The closet had something splattered on the wall. The bathroom faucets barely drained. The AC unit was detached from the wall. The mattresses were stiff as a board , every time someone turned you could hear the boards move. The floors were busted up all under the carpet could be cause for trip hazards. The wall paper peeling all over everything just not maintained well. The people working there were amazing! From the bellmen to the desk team. They were very very helpful. Jose was the greatest bellman. He helped us throughout our stay. It’s a great location close to so many things."

The staff were not only professional but were also very welcoming and friendly, especially at the breakfast buffet each morning. And we really enjoyed breakfast! Between our picky eater and some dietary restrictions, each of us was able to have a delicious and complete meal to start our day. We will definitely stay here again."
