"I was really worried after reading the reviews but we arrived to no check-in queues however staff were very unfriendly. No problems with lifts all week always one with a minute. The room was clean and fine, bed were small doubles but we managed to both fit and get good nights aleep. The beds were very high up for young children! The location is a winner for this hotel. We would use this hotel again. "

Service was slow, and the hotel looks much better in photos than it does in reality. Overall, it felt like the staff didn’t want to be there."
