"The positives:The bed was comfortableThe linen and towels were cleanThe WIFI is goodThe host responded to my messages quickly and in a friendly mannerUnfortunately the pictures are old - the general cleanliness and maintenance was poor (for example the freezer was iced over, badly broken freezer drawer and dirt at the base of the freezer, greasy cutlery and pans, a dirty shower curtain - which was changed at my request - missing toilet roll holder, missing clothes hanging space, toilet...

"There were a few glitches communicating via Vrbo, but that was corrected. Very close to the famous Caerphilly Castle and the village."

"Great stay in Nelson with Jess as host. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. Very clean and tidy house with plenty of amenities. Thank you so much."
