"Great stay over my birthday- an unexpected upgrade to a fantastic king suite with extensive views over Cardiff Bay was a lovely surprise. Staff were friendly, professional and ready to help with any queries. Our spa experience was so relaxing and my facial possibly the best I’ve ever had. I’d love to return soon!"

"One of the most quietest rooms we have stayed in. It was what we asked for! Breakfast was let down by items left off plated food and when pointed out unfortunately staff felt it was acceptable to not be truthful by saying we were ordering off an old menu! Which was not true the menus we were given were exactly the same as their on line menus. Needless made up excuse. Needless to say for our 3 day stay we didn't eat at restaurant again."

"Great location, I jumped off the train, and walked less than 5 minutes to the hotel, then walked another few minutes to restaurants and then the arena where a concert was plaing was another 5 minutes, so great 24 hours stay for me, staff and beds were great. "

"We stayed room only. We had a lovely big room for the 3 of us (2 adults and a teenager). It suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and tidy. "

"Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. They went the extra mile to make my partner’s birthday special by leaving a bottle of Prosecco and a card signed by them. Definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the spa. "

"The hotel was beautiful and amazing.. we arrived early before checking.. The hotel eas able to accommodate us. The room was beautiful, clean and perfect. The bed was do comfy and soft. Could of stayed there for longer... Staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodated. Beautiful hotel to stay in and highly recommend it. Next time we need to come back and use the Spa"
