"Nice hotel and nice staff. Clean and modern. Spacious room with all the usual ammenities. Quite noisy though in the rooms, plus the fire alarm went off at midnight walking everyone up and no explanation from the hotel at the time or in the morning either. Great location. Only negative was the car park, no free parking and it was £25 for 24 hours but most places in Cardiff are that prive."

"Good hotel about 10mins walk from Cardiff Bay. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast seemed to be good quality plenty of choice and always topped up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking in Cardiff was a bonus. Only slight gripe was the noise from the dual carriageway behind the hotel. "

"Our room was clean but it hadn’t been refreshed - no teas, no coffee pod machine as there was in the other room I’d booked for a friend. Check-in took longer than it should, but the gym and pool facilities were excellent. "
