Beautiful hotel and prices were reasonable! The Queens bar across street had horrible food!!! Brew dog was great! Spa specials and we were amazing were able to schedule 2 Swedish massages at last min!

Lovely hotel room but terrible view from the room and completely over looked by other buildings/ offices. Expensive purchases can be made at the hotel for food and drinks but the quality is good. Overall a beautiful hotel but the overlooked room was a big issue in my opinion. Just didn’t feel comfortable being so on show to the local businesses.

The location of the property is perfect, right at the centre of Cardiff. The hotel decor is beautiful and staff are friendly. We used the spa facilities and had a wonderful time. Breakfast was tasty with a good choice of food. I would definitely recommend a stay here! Looking forward to come again soon.
