Perfect location, walking distance to all the ginza shopping and also the fish market with a bus stop across the road from the hotel and the subway entrance less than a min away from the lobby. Clean rooms, smallish as expected but perfectly comfortable for a couple. Already booked our next stay here.

This hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, the bustling Tsukiji Fish Market, and many luxury goods stores. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making reservations when necessary. Compared to most hotels in Japan, the rooms are spacious.

Second stay in just over a week. Still highly recommend this hotel but this time we were given a room on the second floor instead of the 12th and even though it was the same room category it had different toiletries- we preferred the ones on the 12th floor much more. As a repeat guest I would have appreciated some sort of acknowledgment upon checking in or the ability to check in a bit early but it seems most hotels in Japan are not flexible with this.

As soon as we got out of our Uber, we were greeted by the friendly staff. The hotel lobby smelled nice. The room was small but we loved that the toilet, sink and the shower/tub combo were separate and clean. The hotel is close to a train station and to shopping! Will stay here again.

We were very happy with this hotel. It was close to the metro & centrally located in Ginza. Rooms were very clean & the staff were helpful. We had been warned about room sizes & this place was no exception. We needed to live out of our suitcases but had been prepared for that scenario. No shelves or drawers! But there were a few hangers. After we left, the next day my daughter realized that she had left a box with all her jewelry in her room! Our new hotel (300+ miles away) contacted the Millennium & they looked & found it. They arranged to have it sent to her the next day. All went well! I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very helpful. Property in a great location. Close to shopping and restaurants with an elevator to train station right outside the front door of lobby. Bonus was a private lane right outside front door for taxis and Ubers to pick up and drop off. Room was very nice !

Our second stay (multiple days each visit) at this hotel. A room with a nice view. The entire staff is super attentive, helpful. The restaurant staff is hardworking and prompt. Sadly, a few guests were rude and curt to staff, unwarranted. Staff remained calm, helpful and respectful.
