Nice hotel with many restaurants with in a few blocks. I found the closest train station a little harder to get to compared to stations a few blocks farther like Ginza station. Breakfast at the hotel was very good.

We stayed for 9 nights in this lovely hotel. Room was small but we expected this after reading reviews but we only used it for sleeping, washing & changing so it was not an issue. The hotel was suitably located near public transport & not far from the main shopping area. We never ate at the hotel as ate out everyday but they did advertise what looked like a lovely set menu. The staff we came across were lovely & friendly & always spoke when passing. I would recommend this hotel if your staying in GINZA

We went as a family and the staffs at the counter were very friendly and helpful with check in and check out. Had our luggage sent over from the previous hotel, it was already waiting inside our room when we checked in! So convenient! Love these little added service!
