"Room itself was super clean and staff was awesome but our room in particular was extra loud. Most of the rooms have double panned windows but ours was closest to the street and had wooden door like windows that let all the sounds in. Also walls are very thin, we could hear everything from the rooms surrounding us. "

"Gave us a 1-bed instead of 2-bed. So one person had to sleep on floor. Didn’t have enough towels for us. And we were told we couldn’t check in at 3 pm because they weren’t ready with rooms"

"It’s a Motel 6. One of the better ones in the area. Nice pool area and view from the second floor. Plenty of parking and the A/C is very strong. Room was pretty clean but the little room with the shower and toilet could use a coat of paint and a replacement tub. Short walk to a grocery store, pharmacy and a few restaurants/shops. Overall one of the better Motel 6s I’ve stayed at. Staff could be a little more polite but they’re not the worst. "

"Wonderful beach house with lots of space and all the creature comforts you'd expect (internet, TV w/ streaming services, full kitchen, laundry). Our trip was not a beach vacation but the house came with lots of beach equipment, plus an outdoor shower area. The king beds were very comfortable and the house was walking distance to new(ish) Linden Square downtown (10 mins). It also had 4 bikes, which was a nice touch. Would definitely come back!"

"Very clean no well maintained room and bathroom. Bedding was colorful and having a table and chairs along with a comfy armchair were great for relaxing."

"The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay in beautiful Carpinteria. It was only a block from the beach and a short walk to lots of great restaurants and shops. We hardly needed to use our car. A wonderful surprise was the EV charger in the parking area for our electric vehicle. We also took the train a couple times to Santa Barbara. We walked to the train station - it was very easy and relaxing! Chris was very quick to answer any questions. We hope to come back someday! "

"Short stroll to the beach, to The Spot, Island Brewing, and Linden St. The condo is comfortable and homey with everything we needed. Great host, great little place, looking forward to coming back soon. "
