Self check-in using a key-pad. We were on the 3rd floor, the "Summer Room", narrow staircase but OK. The whole Inn feels very "Santa Barbara", nice. Clean, daily room service. The bathroom is pretty small, shower was good, with shampoo, lotion etc all there. Windows had screens, and it was quiet enough in this neighbood to keep windows open overnight. Parking in the back of the building is very helpful, since street parking is hard to come by. Breakfast was Yoghurt with a granola, bowl of fresh fruit (berries,...), and a Quiche or other such freshly baked item. Very tasty, very filling. Good coffee. They have a happy hour with free wine, appreciated by us and our 2 guests. They also baked various cookies (awesome!). Staff/host are all nice people. Overall, a nice B&B experience.

This was our first time in a bread and breakfast. We will be back again soon! Our homemade Breakfast was delicious and filling. Starting our morning in the great weather eating outside. Service was welcoming, polite and friendly which completed our great experience. Thank you.
