"We had the most wonderful stay at the Sea Loft. The atmosphere is top notch charming and so comfortable. Designated parking in front and no stairs inside or to access loft.Jeff’s communication was quick/excellent. The setting: Shorebirds, surfers, lush tropical plantings. Every evening we had appetizers/salads in the front chairs while watching the magical sunset. We also looked forward to the train’s woosh and soft “toot toot” as it moved travelers along the coast. Surrounded by the Sea, Beach and Mountains. Walkable Padaro shops and restaurants. Carpinteria, Santa Barbara (trolly gives a pleasant overview) , Montecito and their offerings… Doesn’t get any better! A week was too short."

"We had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious and perfect for our group of four couples on a weekend trip. Having a private bathroom for each couple made the stay especially comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood was great, and the home was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were wonderful—very hospitable, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great escape to a quiet area with a beautiful backyard filled with fruit trees. A lovely area to sit and watch the sunrise. Easy access to Santa Barbara and Carpinteria. Horses across the street were fun to see. Home was well equipped and very comfortable. Great for 2 couples each with a separate area on each side of the house. Glad we had A/C"

"I recommend better instructions on how to lock the door. I suggest; instead of stating "pull up on the handle" rephrase to "lift the door handle upwards in a counterclockwise direction", this action is needed to lock the door from the inside and outside."
