"The location is perfect. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.. the chambermaid staff was lovely. All made for a perfect stay ... except the office staff was unfriendly and surly."

"Room was clean and well stocked. Offering a room with 3 queen beds is a wonderful set up and worked perfectly for our family. Staff was friendly and helpful and location is fabulous. I only wish there was no smoking at all on the property. I had a one year old with me and I didnt want her inhaling the smoke. I was unable to enjoy my balcony as people were smoking near the pool and parking lot. "

"From start to finish, from top to bottom, an exceptional stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice: we arrived early, but they gave us a great corner room overlooking State Street, and when they found out, it was my birthday, they sent up a little bottle of wine and some chocolates. The rooms look like they were recently renovated from the last time we were there, and ours was incredibly charming with lots of interesting and unique touches. Really blown away by how great our stay was."

"I love the location of this place and the pool and hot tub. The rooms are nice and big. The only not as positive thing is that the bathroom and shower are quite small but we were fine with that. "
