"House was cute, clean, ocean view and exactly like pictures. Hosts were east to communicate with, they are so kind and want to make sure you have the best stay possible. On our first night there was an issue that was no fault to the property or hosts but Rick and Debbie went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Would stay here again just because of that. "

"Great location. Great set-up. The kitchen was well stocked and really easy to cook in. The space is exactly as described. My husband and I were there with my teenage son and three of his friends and could not have had a better experience. There are a lot of stairs to navigate the house and living space. This was not an issue for us, but something to consider if you have members of your party with mobility challenges."

"Perfect little stay for our family"

"I think this was our 5th trip to Carpenteria. We live in the Bay Area but one of my daughters and husband live in LA. We are making it a tradition the celebrated Easter there and this was one of the nicest places we’ve rented. It has everything we are looking for; especially access to Santa Claus Beach. Very dog friendly, spacious, well kept. What’s not to like. The next time we head to Carpenteria this will definitely be our first choice to return to. Thank you very much for making our stay easy and enjoyable."
