Most of the rooms have double panned windows but ours was closest to the street and had wooden door like windows that let all the sounds in. Also walls are very thin, we could hear everything from the rooms surrounding us. "

"Gave us a 1-bed instead of 2-bed. So one person had to sleep on floor. Didn’t have enough towels for us. And we were told we couldn’t check in at 3 pm because they weren’t ready with rooms"

"The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay in beautiful Carpinteria. It was only a block from the beach and a short walk to lots of great restaurants and shops. We hardly needed to use our car. A wonderful surprise was the EV charger in the parking area for our electric vehicle. We also took the train a couple times to Santa Barbara. We walked to the train station - it was very easy and relaxing! Chris was very quick to answer any questions. We hope to come back someday! "
