Staff and front desk ladyvwas amazing but the room smelt like cigarette smoke, tub was stained with ink pen and burnt marks all over from cigarettes. I did not stay at the property I Checked in went to the room and immediately went back to the front desk for a refund. I wish I took photos of the unbelievable site that was the hotel room. However the young man at the front desk was great and deserves to work at another establishment

My room floor was dirty. Bed sheets look like not changed from previous visitor. Bathroom not cleaned properly. USB charger not working so my phone stayed dead. The couch in corner need to be reupholstered. No ice in ice box. Vending machine does not accept cards so could not get a bottle of water and I was very thirsty. I did not sleep all night due to room being unsanitary. Thank heavens my stayed was only for one night.
