"I recently stayed at this hotel for nine days, and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are consistently polite and professional. I would especially like to thank the front desk manager—Summer (apologies if I pronounce your name incorrectly) —who truly went the extra mile to help us during our stay. Your kindness and dedication made a real difference, and it was greatly appreciated!!! The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre, which made everything very accessible. "Ordered in room dining late at night (post midnight) after my flight. I asked for an approximate estimate of when it would be ready, I was assured it would be 30 minutes to the room. And sure enough it was! And it was hot, tasty, and delicious. Also very reasonably priced. The room was well cleaned and presented! Check-in was seamless and the staff were very attentive at that ungodly hour. Thank you!"
