"Patrick the staff was quite courteous and the rooms are quote clean."

"The room could have been cleaner. It looked clean but if you look closely it wasn’t. Dirty walls etc. The staff was not knowledgeable about what their system was doing. They overcharged my credit card and it took days for it to be charged back. The restaurant food was the worst I’ve had in quite awhile. "

"The hotel is located very close to the Vancouver Convention Centre and plenty of nearby restaurants. The rooms were very clean, offering a beautiful harbor view, and the service was great."

"Friendly checkin and then extra help once in the room. Location is great and a fine downtown view. Large clean room and kitchen with good am coffee. Nice restaurant with an easy reservation. There are events here so the elevators are busy peak times. Big city vibe outside the hotel including homeless. "

"The staff are great. It’s just the facility fee they charge that you find out about after you book and don’t use or even know about. AND as I was informed at least twice before my stay that they will begin charging guests an extra percentage that use certain credit cards. Not my cup of tea."

"In the heart of downtown, steps away from food and shopping, 10 minute walk to casino, BC Place (soccer) & Rogers Arena (hockey). clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice restaurant & bar on site."

"Our car was parked in the locked, secured parking garage unfortunately it was broken into, and our passports were stolen during our stay. Otherwise it is a decent downtown hotel and crime is outside of the control of each individual hotel and I do not blame them however, I do not believe a five star would be warranted since security was not on site or present."

"I was very underwhelmed with my first stay. The room was small and didn’t feel luxurious that I thought it should for the price. It was also quite noisy from doors from other suites slamming closed at all hours. My toilet seat kept sliding to one side too. Food was way too expensive. Not what I would expect from a luxury hotel. "
