"I had an overnight delay in my flight in Vancouver airport, the convenience of having the hotel right there was wonderful. The staff made the stay very enjoyable. I was able to bump my flight to a later time and enjoyed the amenities. The gym, pool, hot tub and sauna were lovely and a very much needed recharge."

"I had lost an item at the nearby convention center, and the convention center notified the hotel. I did not ask for the item back at the hotel, but they realized it was mine through casual conversation, incredibly smart and attentive."

"Excellent area, would like to see a coffee bar with healthy snacks in lobby. Health and Fitness aids in Mental wellness, update and expand gym area to represent this importance. Extremely busy in morning. "

"The entire hotel property was very well-maintained, clean, and looked fancy enough. The hotel rooms were larger than those of some other hotels I have visited. The hotel rooms were well cleaned, and the lobby looked good. It is also only a 15-minute walk from the nearest metro, and is right beside a bus stop. "
