"The best thing about the stay was our room. It was clean and bright. However, the Flamingo and trying to use the check in kiosk was frustrating. It wouldn't accept my DL so I had to stand in line for 45 minutes, after pre-checking into my room already, while my husband watched the car that was illegally parked because there was no where else to park. Once we got settled, it was better. "

"Room and bathrooms were dirty and smelly. Strong cigarette and weed smoke smell on our non smoking floor. No housekeeping over the four days we were there. No place to speak to anyone about issues. No information in the room, no maps, escalators didn’t work most of the time. "

"One front desk receptionist was not very helpful. We had another that was great. When checking out they could not provide me with a bill and stated it would take a half hour. They said they would email me my bill. I never received it. I then found out they overcharged my room and bill. Now have to make several phone calls to get this fixed. This shouldn’t be so difficult. I would not recommend staying here. "
