"No duvet cover or blanket, pillows half inch thick, pillow slips slide on each other, couldn't lock door to exterio0r car park, no plug in bathroom sink, initially no towel! no over to shower hair trap, beds not remade, or towels replaced each night (stayed 4 days), insect on bathroom floor, people working there say they don't work there? lights inside don't work, or bulbs blown., remote control battery died and no cover to it when batteries replaced. Very smelly rubbish skip in the car park....
