The property is secure, and guests are provided with a key fob to access both the building entrance and the elevator. CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the property, which adds an extra sense of security. The location is excellent, right in the CBD and within walking distance of the Sky Tower, bus and train stations, shopping areas, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Please note that you may hear some street noise at night, so if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this may not be the best place for you. Guests should bring their own toiletries, including a towel and slippers. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with useful appliances, and there are token-operated washing machines and dryers available. If you plan to spend most of your day exploring the city and simply need a comfortable place to sleep at night, this property offers good value for money. One suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the rooms and bedding. Modernising these facilities would enhance the overall guest experience, and I believe guests would be willing to pay a little more for the added comfort.

We stayed here for 5 night, Monday to Saturday. The staff were exceptional, from the friendly and helpful receptionists to the amazing cleaners, both on our 1st floor and in the pool and sauna area. I think this is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at, and I have frequented several 5 star establishments in the last few years. The service minded attitude shone through by every single staff we met, even to the extent of the cleaners kindly making way for us to pass by their trolley with our luggage in the hallway. We visited at the end of winter, and the pool, spa and sauna area was great and inviting and not at all crowded. I also appreciated the exchange free library available and enjoyed reading several of the books. Our room 102 was spacious with strong water pressure.The location is very handy to public transport, park, small playground, sky city, queen street and the waterfront. We will definitely be back.

The location was ideal for our weekend plans. The suite was spacious, and although close to motorway, was noiseless. Great plus. Good secure parking. Staff, were pleasant and helpful. The huge disappointment was the very uncomfortable beds. We, were 3 adults, and that was the big let down factor, for an otherwise good value for money accomodation. I'd stay again, if the bed situation was remedied.
