"Excellent airport hotel--perhaps the best airport hotel that I have stayed at. Modern and spotless rooms with comfortable beds, an excellent bathroom and shower. Good restaurant with very good Indian food. The transportation back and forth from the airport was much appreciated. The airport itself is poorly organized and when you exit the airport, you enter pandemonium. So having someone from the hotel pick you up is essential."

"Rooms are so clean and the shower is powerful and hot good amenities in the room and excellent WiFi throughout the hotel Credit must go to Nancy the manager and the restaurant and bar lady Joyce they above and beyond on my stay and always served with a smile It is rare to get hotel staff who stop for a chat but overall all the staff were good I would 200% re commend this hotel even over the large hotel chains near the airport Would be a nice option if they had a pasta dish on the menu but the breakfast is great value and filling Will stay here again for sure when next in Niarobi"

"The room was okay. The location was amazing but what made the place? Truly truly excellent was Winfred. The rest of the staff was nice, but Winfred took it to a whole different level she needs to be given a raise a promotion. She needs to be the person teaching everyone customer service. It was extremely professional, informative, friendly. It didn't feel like she was just giving you answers so you can get away. She was actually taking time to look into your problems, solving them and suggesting stuff to make you stay even better. She's amazing"
