Lots of hotel's on the strip, close to the hwy and about 15 mins from West Ed Mall. Very large 2 queen room with couch area, newly renovated and currently updating the hallway. They never bothered us with the renos, quite rooms too. Good place for families, indoor pool, gym and breakfast.

Lady who was doing swimming lessons at the pool was completly rude to me and my family we felt so unwelcome in the pool meanwhile we pay alot to stay there

Very nice hotel the bathrooms are big and spacious and every thing was sooooo clean there were no blankets or pillows provided for the sofa bed though

Super property clean modern facilities rooms very comfortable with excellent bed and shower bathroom was very functional room decor very pleasing with mini lounge seating area front desk very helpful breakfast quality excellent self serve buffet and choices and fresh cofffee great way to start our day parking on site was convenient good location to access highway and town

Way overpriced for what you get paid over 300$ per night while evacuated from my home due to fire , breakfast wasn’t fresh , staff had trouble understanding accommodation requested asked for a crib for our baby and they took 3 hours and had to call and request again

It was a nice hotel , but very noisy it definitely didn’t have a rule for people and kids yelling up and down the hallways very late and early morning .

Not satisfied with our stay, Property is unquestionable , its the service/ preparation of the room is not good. No microwave, no kleenex, no lotion, no laundry bag, incomplete. Price for staying is pricy , but at least you welcome for all that you need.

The Hyatt was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast is actually pretty decent and get a good start to the day. Checking in and out was very easy. Would definitely come back and stay.

They were able to accommodate an early check in which was fantastic after a 4hr drive. The halls were in a bit rough shape but over all great condition hotel. Friendly staff Good location to WEM since that’s why we came

Loved this hotel, we travel often to Edmonton and this will definitely be a hotel we rebook at. Pool was great, clean rooms and super friendly staff. Only downfall was the outside music they play can become quite loud when in the room, can hear it though the window.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had a wonderful experience! The room was spotless and comfortable, with clean beds and a comfortable temperature. The continental breakfast was a hit with my kids (and me!) - there was a great selection to choose from. One of the things that impressed me most was how quiet the hotel was at night, which made for a great night's sleep. But what really made our stay stand out was the friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends - it's a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Free parking too.
