The room was very spacious. Excellent service all around. By day 2 the doorman knew me and would have a bottle of water and towel ready for after my run. Beautiful old building with all the mod cons would definitely stay there next time

Amazing location for everything, clean, modern and comfortable

Spicers Potts Point is a lovely boutique hotel. It is elegant and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfasts are very good. The staff are excellent with a special mention to Lana whose warm and friendly personality was a particular delight.

Best hotel ever

You expect the basics from any hotel, but Medusa delivered 'above and beyond' our expectations. Customer service from Jesse before and during our stay was exceptional. Our weekend stay started with such delight and happiness, with Jesse's warm and welcoming smile and tour. Absolutely love the decor and colours and the 'everything is complimentary' is how things should be! Our favourite was the cocktail shaker in the room ❤ We've always gone for quirky quality places to stay. Medusa is definitely...

Beautiful hotel, fabulous staff, walking distance to many attractions

I arrived early and was told my room was ready and that I could check in immediately for no extra cost. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed dinner in the Song kitchen restaurant, it was pleasant and affordable. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. I was impressed with my overall experience at Song Hotel, and in particular the outstanding customer service I received.

The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. The nightly delivery of handmade fudge was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made us feel genuinely pampered. Having Horizon Club access really elevated our experience. The lounge was a beautiful, serene space to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, and a canapé...
