"From the moment we set foot inside we were greeted warmly by the staff (especially Watawan) and given a lovely welcome. Everything was clearly explained and arranged, and the staff made sure we had the best stay we could to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The room was already set up with an extra bed when we arrived and the view was fantastic. The hotel was clean and tidy, quiet despite it being in the centre of town and a walk to just about everything. Breakfast was very good and again, served by friendly staff that made the whole experience very pleasant. Will certainly stay again!"

"Rooms were clean and all staff were lovely. The food onsite is decent but expensive. You now have to pay for parking £6 upon checking in. The family room however, we’ve outgrown. It’s a sofa bed and not ideal for two teenagers.the double beds also feel incredibly small. They need to expand some of the room sizes to accommodate more comfortable beds."
