"Very good stay in a lovely pub and hotel. Diner was very good, most of all the starters. Breakfast was okay, could have been better with fresh pastries for example and options for cappuccino or latte. Room was very spacious and well decorated. The only down side was that it was a bath only with no curtains and therefore water ended up everywhere. Nice and helpful staff"

"We had a mixed experience during our three-night stay. On the positive side, the staff were the highlight of our trip. From the cleaning team to the restaurant and pub staff, and even the security, everyone was incredibly friendly and chatty, which we really appreciated. The location was also convenient for visiting local shops and restaurants. However, there were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. I barely slept because the gas bottle attached to the caravan was extremely noisy. The maintenance and cleanliness were also disappointing; there was a massive hole in our duvet cover, and the silicone around the basins and shower was in poor condition and needs replacing. We were also let down by the on-site dining and facilities. The food was expensive with limited choices, and the onion rings were poor—soggy on the outside with onion so hard you couldn't bite through it. Furthermore, we never got to use the indoor pool as it was never available. While we visited Kent because we had never been to the area before, based on this experience, we wouldn't want to come back here again. Overall, it was a disappointing stay despite the lovely staff."

"Horrible "

"This was a lovely 2 night break for myself and my 11 year old son. The time of year was perfect for seeing the lambs in the fields right next to the hut and we enjoyed the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch steam railway too. The hut was more spacious than we imagined as well! Many thanks."

"I absolutely loved my time here. The accommodation was cosy and quaint, and it had everything I needed. Jeremy and Tina are just a lovely couple. Highly recommended."

"Could not wish for a nicer place to stay. Stept into the caravan to find a very welcoming, home from home atmosphere. Cupboards and bathroom stoked with everything you needed. It took dog friendly to a whole new leave. Willow our dog was settled straight away. We are hoping to rebook later in the yeat"

"Really nice, tidy and clean Caravan. The little touches were appreciated - tea towel, toilet roll, washing up liquid etc. Perfect space for a large family to sleep and have breakfast before we headed off to visit family for the day and then retreat back to for a good warm nights sleep.
