"We Did not stay I told the guy the room was totally unsuitable !! My wife Can’t do stairs and there were several steep steps Down into the room !! It did not look anything like the pictures on His web sight !!!! The place looked Dirty and rough !! Several neighbours told us some similar stories 👎"

"The Snug is in a good location to visit the Forest of Dean area and Wales. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and live on site. They have thoughtfully provided everything you need for a short break. It is well presented and although overlooking a main road is quiet and has parking at the rear.

"We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the roomy house, decor, facilities etc., The garden and surrounding countryside were also amazing.Although the kitchen had everything you could wish for, it would have been useful to have more cutlery and crockery to avoid the need to wash up or put the dishwasher on after every meal. Some of the cooking pots had also seen better days. However, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back."
"Nice a secluded , not as quiet as anticipated as people staying in the house nearby were very noisy . Couldn’t turn heating down so at night was really hot with windows and door open . I would stay again and recommend to others . "
