Comfortable and friendly staff. Easy access to transport

We really enjoyed the stay & that was why we extended an extra 2 nights there. Really helpful people and friendly. The room we had was really good and comfortable up at the 24th. level. Very much quieter hotel & feel more relax unlike others that I have stayed before. I'll be back for sure. Thanks! Highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful, and when realising our flight was at midnight, we extended our stay for an extra day and the process was so easy (just a call to reception). the flights and early online check made the process a whole lot easier

We stayed 2 nights at EQ Kuala Lumpur and it was one of the best hotel experiences that we’ve had. The layout of the hotel is well designed with an immaculate interior. Superior Room is excellent for the price. 5 star finishes and the room is huge. Having a separate living area to bedroom really helps when one partner wants to turn in early or have a late nap. The complimentary breakfast was looked forward to every morning as a subset of the buffet changed daily and had interesting items. Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. Amazing hotel, our second stay here. Great amenities in and outside the rooms. If you have the option to pay for a room with the view of the towers i highly suggest doing so.

Only negative there isn't many places to eat near hotel there is a restaurant on the 51st floor food is quite good not a big variety but you do have a kitchen in room where you can do your own cooking otherwise you can catch a taxi which is quite cheap to other places

Hotel centrally located.Staff at the Westin were extremely professional and accommodating.The buffet breakfast had a fabulous selection. The beds were comfy and room was very clean and quiet. I have stayed in numerous hotels in KL and none compare to the Westin would certainly stay again.

From being upgraded on arrival to an Executive apartment it was good all the way. So lovely to return after a day out and feel like I had come home. The standard rooms are small and tight, if you don't mind the small space, it's good but being claustrophobic I didn't like it and didn't get a good sleep at all in my first night. Luckily the manager on duty Hadi was very helpful, moved us to a corner room and I had more space and rest time after a long flight. Staff service in general is very good. This accommodation is first class with provisos. The good news is that it is close to a monorail station and walking distance to the Petronas Towers and Menara Tower and miles of shopping plazas. The pool area is sublime with spas and sauna and gym and gardens and privacy and shade- it is wonderfully designed. The apartments are like being in a house with amazing views.
