The location is fantastic. I was also given an early check-in without even asking, which was very helpful. The staff were all very friendly, and the service from the doorman and the dining counter clerk in particular was top-notch. This was my second time in Kuala Lumpur following last year, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The Hotel stay was 5/5. The room was spacious and had a great view. The staff was super nice and helpful. We felt welcomed and the service was good. The hotel is in the center, so MRT, food options and shops were just around the corner. The surrounding might be a bit chaotic and crowded, especially in the evenings. The laundry room is a bit hidden and the machines are a bit complicated to figure out at the beginning, but we could manage it. Definitely would recommend. Thank you.

This hotel has such a unique look and atmosphere. Very stylish, yet simple. Wonderful comfortable rooms in a very convenient location. The staff were some of the kindest and helpful I've ever had. They seemed so eager to help and make sure that my stay was comfortable. I will definitely look here first the next time I come back.
