"Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. "What a wonderful experience! The hotel, the location, the staff. All 5 stars! We were lucky enough to get a special deal with Expedia to stay in the Club Rooms for an amazing price, with breakfast, afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks included. The staff were so attentive and kind. The location was great - closer to the MRT than expected and under cover all the way there. This is our second visit to KL and we would stay here again. Happily. "
