"Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. "Fast check in. Got the water dispenser and water provided. But the wash basin is at outside of the toilet. A bit inconvenient. The shower water pressure is big. very comfortable to bath."

"Checkin took a long time. Checkin is often like applying for a passport or visa - you’re tired, hungry and you need another 10 mins to get your room key.
