Comfortable stay if you need to rest between fights.
Stayed one night during the lockdown and even though everything was closed, staff were very attentive. Food was delivered promptly and everything was very clean.
I like the fruits place at the reception counters and the big bouquet of lily flowers at the hall.
The location is convenient as it is a walking distance to KLIA2
The bed was really nice. Due to Covid-19 room service all that was available, but was good. Nothing else open to try. Transport (carts to airport was shut down). Staff very vigilant on following virus guidelines. Overall the staff was very helpful!
The area is convenient with lots of food and coffee around; Should provide extra blanket if the sofa bed is available for extra guest to stay
