The building is nice, rooms are comfortable, staff is very friendly. There are good restaurants nearby, several.

The breakfast is not free , should be noted at purchase time. Normally Hilton has free breakfast.

The airport bus did not come and pick us up so we had to take taxi

Close to main shopping area and restaurants. Staff was great, providing suggestions for restaurants, and arranging transport to the airport.

Excellent value for the price. Nicely located to visit the Las Condes area. Great breakfast buffet. The pool was great for the hot summer days in Santiago.

If you need a clean place to sleep it will do the job. If you are looking for a fancy place with great views this is not the place. Staff is friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

After a long overnight flight the staff accommodated us early. They were so nice! I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. It is close to restaurants and shopping and the hop on hop off bus....we loved it!

The location is excellent, close to Plaza de Armas and major pedestrian streets. Easy to get and easy to get out, major attractions and shopping at walking distance
