Hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Centco Costanera shopping mall, plenty of restaurants, and metro access, rooftop bar and swimming pool with a beautiful view of Santiago, modern and well maintained, professional staff made my stay a memorable vacation, we loved everything about the hotel.

The service my wife and I received was excellent, especially from Mr. Alfonso and Ms. Alison, who assisted us even before our arrival. Throughout our one-week stay, they were always helpful in recommending activities and places to visit in Santiago. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the metro station, making it a great choice for those who wish to use public transportation. We would definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Santiago!

Safe and quiet location, yet near the center of the Providencia. Easy access to the public transportation, and good options for the restaurant. The hotel was well-maintained and clean, and staffs were friendly and helpful. I would revisit if I come back to Santiago.

My room was great. The location is fantastic. The only downside was that the upper level restaurant and pool facilities, etc were all closed down for construction. While this is completely understandable, it would have been nice to have been told this in advance while there was still time to cancel and book a different hotel with a view. Also, the breakfast was good, but if you are planning early morning tours then you might want to reconsider as they did not offer take-away options or anything for travelers whose schedules didn’t align with the breakfast hours. Overall, I would stay here again if the facilities are all working.

The bed was comfortable. We were able to control the room temperature well. It was quiet place to relax. Breakfast was consistent. Close to underground so quick to get where we wanted to go. Tried the roof top restaurant but service was very slow and the appetizer we did get were cold. Sent back the main courses because it took way too long to get the order.

The staff was very nice and they allowed me to get into my room early. However, there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that I initially thought would clear with airing it out, but it did not. There was no information on the opening hours or menu of their restaurants nor any instructions on how to operate the coffee machine in the room. The second room I had was fine. The location is very convenient to a subway stop.

The check in was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located and has a nice lobby and bar area. Overall rooms are clean, however the rooms are a bit tired- the bathroom was looking tired and worn and there was damage to many of the fittings. The table in the room bashed and battered. The breakfast is not good. We paid for this as an add on to our booking and regretted it. Selection wasn’t great and the “hot” food was cold. Pool is not heated, so not able to be used which was disappointing.

Very helpful and welcoming staff, nice reception area with free coffee and a lovely breakfast buffet. The room and bathroom was clean, nice and spacious, only the blind to the shower could not be pulled up. The rooftop bar has a gorgeous view and the pool looks great even though it was too cold for a dip.
