Great location, quiet (I think the windows were sound-proofed, as there was construction happening literally within 20 feet of our third-floor room - and we didn't hear a thing), nice breakfast, great staff. They also did a nice job on our laundry.

Amazing view from rooftop patio. We were also pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. There was a live acoustic band the evening we arrived. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly.

Everything about this place was awesome. I stayed here for three days in a suite on the 12th floor. The view was awesome, the staff was REALLY awesome and helpful/kind, the pool was great and usable, the rooftop bar was affordable and actually delicious. They have an amazing coffee machine in the lobby that you can use at will. Every time I stay in Santiago, I will stay here.
