We had a wonderful stay at Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka and would recommend it. The room was spacious and very well-equipped, with great amenities including a small kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable beds. It made the stay feel much more convenient and relaxing, especially for just a night or two. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. It was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is another major highlight. It’s close to shopping areas and within easy reach of Dotonbori, making it perfect for exploring Osaka. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, which made dining out incredibly convenient. Overall, this hotel offered comfort, convenience, and a great location. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Fraser Residence Nankai and we just love everything about it. The staff and administration are wonderful and are extremely helpful, accomodating, and kind. The general manager and all his staff value guests loyalty and repeat guests which we appreciate it very much. The location is wonderful as it is across from the Namba station connecting to subway lines and private rail lines. Across the hotel is McDonalds and many restaurants abound. Another reason we love the location is because it is a one minute walk to the Edion arena for the Grand Sumo Tournament in March. Breakfasts selection is varied and it is all very tasty. It is both Western and Japanese items with plenty of different side dishes, juices, ice creams, pastries, and fresh fruits. Again, the staff at the restaurant is very kind and they remember their guests from previous stays. How amazing is that! We stayed in a one bedroom with 2 beds this year instead of the 2 bedrooms because of the price point. The room is very spacious even for the 3 of us (adults). There is even a walk in closet with lots of space for luggage and the washer/dryer in the room is so convenient. No need to go downstairs for communal washer/dryer. Because we are 3 adults, the sofa couch in the living room was made into a bed and the mattress was extremely comfortable. Our 2 twinb beds were also very comfortable airing on the firmer side which we love. We never woke up with a sore back. We love Fraser!

The hotel and the room had all the amenities making the stay comfortable with peace of mind. Spacious rooms, washing machine, service from the hotel staff was very good, rooms were cleaned every day. The best part was the buffet breakfast which had a smorgasbord of options which were quality tasty. Would definitely stay here again. The proximity to Namba station hub and shops made things super convenient to move around.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Namba, with Namba City and Namba Parks shopping malls literally just across the street. Whether you’re craving late-night snacks, shopping sprees, or easy train access, everything is at your doorstep. The room itself made the stay even better. It’s spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed with a separate bedroom and living area, giving you that cozy “home away from home” feel. Having a washing machine and cooking stove inside the unit was a game-changer—especially for longer stays. It really feels more like a stylish serviced apartment than a hotel! Thank you to the Fraser Namba team! I stayed here for four nights and the service was absolutely outstanding. The location is incredibly convenient—just a two-minute walk from Namba Rapit Station. The hotel itself was great. The room was very comfortable and well equipped and having the washing machine in the room was a big plus on our trip. We also though that the breakfast was very good and was very convenient. We also used the kitchenette and it was nice for a change of pace. The only thing that was a negative was that we found the area around the hotel to be very noisy in the evening and overnight, particularly the sound of revving cars and motorcycles. I don't know if this was worse because we were there on a weekend and on a lower floor, but it definitely made for a less restful sleep.

The location is great. Staff were very friendly. Was nice having laundry in the room. The room layout was odd with many angles making the room feel much smaller than stated. Rooms are dated and could use a renovation.
