Close to train and shop good shopping around

Room is clean and very convenience. Close to Keihan Department Store and Supermarket.

Such a nice, cozy place... Didn't expect it to be a love hotel though!!

I have stayed here 3 times in the last 3 months. A genuinely great hotel with excellent service. A 5 minute walk from Osaka station with good access to shops and restaurants. Breakfast is cosy with both local and western options

Great location next to the Umeda Sky Building ,beautiful rooms and interior of hotel

Friendly staff, heritage building and handy kitchen area for use of guests.

Great location to everything: train station, food, convenience store and shopping. Breakfasts were good with new items daily.

wonderful staff

Excellent hotel just a few minutes walk from the main train station. Our stay here was our holiday treat for our Japan tour and the bathroom alone was bigger than some of the hotel rooms we had previously stayed in. Comfortable room with Nespresso machine instead of the normal instant coffee. Staff very helpful and a wide range of dishes for breakfast. Just note that went entering the hotel you have take the lift to the lobby which is on the 20th floor.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tocen Goshoboh yesterday and would highly recommend it! We arrived around 2:20 PM, which was over 30 minutes before the official check-in time, but the hotel kindly let us check in early. We booked the Japanese-Style Standard Room with No Shower Room, including breakfast for two, at a very reasonable price of AUD 500. This traditional ryokan has an incredible 800-year history, and you can truly feel the depth of culture in every detail of its design and...

Rooms were very spacious we stayed in the Junior suites at the Ritz and was very happy with our room, The staff were absolutely amazing they made our family trip even more special with the outstanding service they all provided, everyone was so polite and attentive nothing was ever an issue. Location was close to eateries and attractions were only 10min in a taxi that were readily available. I will definitely be staying here again Overall The Ritz Carlton is a 9.5 out of 10

Stayed on 17th floor facing airport, amazing views, great amenities, a massive hotel with normal big hotel amenities (laundry service only). Comfortable beds and pillows. One downside was walls between rooms super thin, lady in room next door coughed all night long 😞, limited sleep had.
