We recently stayed 3 nights at the Mimaru Shinsaibashi East. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Check in/check out was extremely friendly, the room was very roomy and comfy for the 3 of us, and the location is very good.
The front desk staff were very approachable and engaging which makes a stay even more enjoyable. We were so lucky to have Zun at this hotel, as we had previously met him at another Mimaru, and he, along with the other staff made our stay very memorable.

Amenities were great as there was a gym & most rooms had a washing machine. Bed was comfortable & ample space in the bathroom. There’s also a rooftop area where you can book space to chill out. Food options & shopping are easily within reach!
