Great option for an overnight stay at HND airport. The hotel is directly connected to T3 with additional shuttle access to T1&2 if required. Also easy to arrive via the Keikyu Line from outside the area. Nice and new throughout. Typical room size for Japan but functional and efficient. Plenty of shops and restaurants throughout the concourse (Haneda Garden) albeit on the pricier side due to the captive market.

This hotel is 3 minutes from an underground.There is a 7 eleven across the road.The staff on reception are very helpful and the cleaning staff keep your room spick and span.Washing machines and microwaves available. Breakfast was disappointing,no fruit or fruit juice.No toaster.No hot water for tea.I asked for hot water for my own tea but they said no and then a day later filled up someones flask and cup.

The hotel was well maintained, however the room was a little tight, otherwise the room was nicely appointed. I like the lobby seating area, a welcome place to sit. Complimentary water in the lobby was nice and practical. The breakfast buffet was a disappointment. It should be more professionally run. There was no fruit offered; no fruit juices; coffee is just a straight coffee instead of other options such as latte; the quality of the breakfast buffet does not match the general standard of the otherwise good hotel. I would give the buffet a 2 star.

Located on a quiet street in a mostly business district. Far from noise and commotion of Namba but has easy access to two subway lines. Close to river where one finds riverside cafes. Staff spoke OK English and were super helpful eg. store luggage and order taxi. Room almost N American size. Best feature was rain forest shower. Powerful jets. Easy to operate. Self-service laundry available on some floors but I didn’t use. I didn’t have breakfast there because there are so many options nearby. I would happily stay there again. Only complaint is that control of lights through bedside panel is unnecessarily complicated—give me switches any day. Free bottled water.

We stayed in one of the newer rooms for our honeymoon. The room and hotel was super clean and cozy. The shower/bathtub was INCREDIBLE. They had a lovely breakfast buffet system with a nice variety to choose from. Lovely hotel with a wonderful staff! Thank you!
