"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! It is closed, and according to shopkeepers nearby has been for some time. I had a confirmed, guaranteed reservation for the night of April 25, 2022 and went there to discover it wasn't open and was boarded up. I couldn't tell if it was closed permanently, temporarily, or perhaps in the process of an extended reservation. But they should be eliminated from taking reservations on Hotels.com"

"Great resort for those of us that seek good service and amenities. We booked a Jr. Suite and were upgraded to a one bedroom suite upon arrival. Beach is fantastic, very swimmable. Also seems to be a great resort for families, with a couple kiddie pools and play area. We ate at the resort twice (breakfast, lunch) and both meals were good.
