"This hotel gave what it needed to give. The hotel staff were all very nice and accommodating and I had an issue with my room and they moved me right away. The rooms are also very clean. Breakfast was delicious and they refilled the fridge with snacks and beverages every day. It’s also located in the perfect spot in Rome. It’s 20 minutes walking to Trevi fountain or other landmarks that you need to see while in Rome. "

"The service provided by the employees at this property was exceptional. The team provided assistance with airport transfers and transfers to a cruise ship. Email communication was prompt and on the ground service was the best we have received in Europe. The hotel location on the water was safe and convenient short walk to main tourist sites. Restaurant recommendation for dinner was non-touristy, local food and very affordable. This was a great hotel experience -we will definitely return!!"

"Beautiful, clean, well-situated Rome hotel. I walked from the train station which was fine even with some cobble stoned streets. A bit expensive. They have a hot tub but charge 50 Euros per person to use, and it’s all outside, so we skipped it. Nice shops nearby. Enjoy Rome!"
