They saved us a perfect parking spot right outside and provided excellent recommendations for the area including dining which was very good. Room was clean and spacious and we slept very well. "This was our 2nd stay at a QC Terme hotel, and we were happy to see the quality maintains throughout the chain. The room was spacious, mini bar for free to use with different San Pellegrino drinks and the hotel is beautiful. What wasn't so great was the fact we had to pay for parking, breakfast isn't served at the hotel, and there's a 10-minute walk from the spa to the hotel, which means you have to shower and get ready at the spa - not walk to your room in a robe, like in QC Bagni Nuovi. "The hotel met our needs while in Milan.The only suggestion I would make to the owners is to have the carpet in the hallways removed. I understand that carpeting in the hallways helps reduce noise but, even though we could tell it had been recently cleaned (with soap and water, not just vacuumed), there was still a distinct smell of cigarette smoke coming from it. That's the only negative we could find, otherwise the room and the hotel was perfect for what we needed. "
