"Just a fabulous hotel, the staff make it incredible, attention to detail, we felt so looked after.. every little whim taken care off, each night we had a little nightcap at the cocktail bar, by day two we did not need to ask for our drinks , the amazing staff remembered what we liked and it was on the bar for us, just so lovely, we felt like family in a city centre hotel."
