"Great location 2-3 mins from Rialto Bridge and 20 mins max walk (if you don’t get lost in Venice street) to St Marks Square. Mistakenly booked shared bathroom, but this did not cause us any timing issues with other rooms. Modern shower and bathroom accessories, plenty hot water and had shared kitchen area. Breakfast in morning good with fruit, yoghurt, bread cheese and juice, coffee. 3 flights of steps to top floor but it is a large stairway area. Staff pleasant and room bathroom cleaned...

"The tram station is 7min away and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Only problem is the hotel restaurant and the restaurants along the street are not opened on Sundays, so you need to go to the central for a meal."

The hotel is close to all the tourist attractions, including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, etc. It was also close to both cheaper and high-end shopping areas (shopping street at Via Del Corso). "Location was good a responsiveness to questions was excellent. Took a little bit to figure out how to get in the building then in and out of our room, but we figured it out. Mattress and pillows were much harder than we are used to. Overall a good value for the money and I would recommend. We felt safe. "
